Returns Policy
We handle each return on a case by case basis, however personalized products are only returnable in the case of quality or accuracy problems ... Non-personalized items can be returned for store credit within 2 weeks of delivery, however the return freight is not something that will be re-imbursed. When returning items to Discoveries, please insure any package over $100 in value. Please call us or email us for instructions on any return you are considering.
